Directions
Brookside Yard is best reached from the A30.
From A30 West:
On approaching Exeter take the ‘Fingle Glen’ exit (signed Tedburn St Mary & Pathfinder Village).

After approx 100m take the second roundabout exit marked ‘Pathfinder Village’.Brookside Yard is 1.1 miles on the right hand side.

From A30 East:
From M5 take signs for A30 Okehampton.  Brookside Yard can also be reached from the ‘Fingle Glen’ exit but this involves crossing the dual carriageway.  It’s easier to exit at the ‘Alphington Junction’ signed Exeter & Crediton.
Take the first roundabout exit signed ‘Ide’.
After 1.2 miles turn left then first right onto Tedburn Road. 


Follow this road for 3.1 miles. You will pass White Horse Motors on your left and The Traveller's Rest pub on your right.
Brookside Yard can be found a further 1/2 mile on the left hand side.


Parking: (Live Plant Sale Days Only)
There will be very limited parking on site on sale day.  Please use the free park & ride service provided from Tedburn Football Club (Postcode EX6 6AE).  Directions: From Fingle Glen roundabout take exit signed 'Tedburn St Mary'. Barley Park Football Ground is 100yds on right hand side.  Minibus shuttles will run regularly throughout the day.
There will be parking for 4x4's only in the field opposite the site on sale day.
Please follow signs on sale day.
